i feel like a whiny little bitch making a post about this.

in fact, i also feel like a stupid ranting teenager.

however, i'm on the verge of turning 29.. today, i was thinking about how much i hate my parents.

Hi Nos,

I just want to say that I hear ya and honor your feelings. You've had one hell of a time with your folks, more than most will ever endure. It's understandable that you feel as you do.

Will it ever go away? I doubt it. You've suffered a great deal of betrayal. Time and distance may soften your response to them but the reality is that you'll probably always deal with these feelings in one form or another. And that's okay.

I think you being able to get those clear boundaries will be a huge step in you being able to reclaim your life from these people.

Pubsinger, basically you have to get your image hosted somewhere. I use www.imageshack.us. Then you go into your profile here on jwd and use one of the hosting links to post your avatar here. It's not as difficult as I thought.

i was reading the article in the nov awake about musterbation (not a typo, i just hate that word & have to rephrase it)!!.

it took me back to the days as a young man who had normal feelings of a sexual nature.

new in the truth and fighting, with every fibre of my being, (at least in the beginning) against the idea of having a ham shank.

God, I didn't have my first orgasm til I was 26!!! And that was even after being married for 5 years. The guilt I felt around sex, and especially masturbation, I have only begun to shed in the past year since leaving the org. It's nice now to explore my sexuality without all of the shame.
